The thing that you have to realize about these different types of evidence is that not all evidence is appropriate in every case. The evidence that you present has to show your side of the case and support the claims that you are making.
When we work with you on your case, we will gather various types of evidence. One type of evidence that is very important is your medical record. We need to get the reports from the hospital where you received care after the accident. We also need to get reports from any follow up visits and rehabilitation appointments.
On top of the medical records, we need to get the police reports. This can give us an unbiased review of what happened in the accident. While we won’t use the actual police report if we have to go to court, this report can be a huge factor in your case if we are trying to negotiate a settlement.
Ultimately, our goal is to get you the compensation you need. We can do this through a settlement or through a trial. Oftentimes, people who have suffered from injuries choose to try to get a settlement so they can get their money faster. That doesn’t mean that you have to do this.
